FOUNTAINVIEW CARE CENTER TRAVEL DIRECTIONS
FountainView Care Center is located on Route 9 in Lakewood diagonally (North) across from Kimball Medical Center.
From the North:
Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 88. Stay to the right on the exit,
after the toll, make a right turn onto Route 70. Follow signs for Route
9 North. Follow Route 9 North for 1.8 miles. FountainView Care Center is
on the right just past the traffic light at Kimball Medical Center.
From the South:
Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 83. Follow Route 9 North for 6.6 miles.
FountainView Care Center is on the right just past the traffic light at
Kimball Medical Center.
From the West:
Take 195 East to Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 South for 6.4 miles.FountainView
Care Center is on the left just before the traffic light at Kimball Medical
Center.
